血红蛋白浓度的光学测量方法与装置

摘    要:为了实现全血中血红蛋白浓度的精确测定,研制了便携式血红蛋白浓度光学测量系统,对该系统的测量机理、浓度计算公式、药剂微片、测量装置及控制系统进行了研究.首先,基于叠氮高铁血红蛋白溶液的吸收光谱曲线设计了二次吸收测量机理,并明确了浓度计算公式.然后,设计了供光学测量的微片,对微片进行亲水处理以确保全血毛细吸附,并预填指定配方的药剂,光学容腔的公差可确保光学测量的精度与一致性.最后,给出了测量装置与控制系统的详细方案.该装置可在30~60 s内实现未稀释未溶血全血的在线快速测量.临床试验表明,该方法与氰化高铁血红蛋白法相关性可达0.983 6,准确性达96.32%.该测定仪具有便携、无毒和在线快速检测等特点,适用于移动采供血、运动员机能评定以及家庭保健等.

Abstract:A portable and accurate optical measuring system for hemoglobin is developed,and its measuring principle, concentration equation, medicament micro-tablet, measurement apparatus and control architecture are also studied.
