摘    要:以丙烯酸(AA),2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基内磺酸(AMPS)和自制具有聚合活性的大单体甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(P)为原料,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,在水相体系中共聚,合成P-AA-AMPS三兀共聚聚羧酸高性能减水剂.试验结果表明,该减水剂的最佳制备工艺为:AMPS用量为大单体P质量的4%,过硫酸铵用量为单体总量的4%,反应温度75℃,反应时间为5h.经测试该减水剂具有较好的分散性和分散性保持能力,并具有良好的增强效果.

Abstract:A novel polycarboxylate superplasticizer of P-AA-AMPS was synthesized in aqueous media by using acrylic acid(AA),2-acrylamido-2 methyl-propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) and big monomer Polyether making by myself as raw materials and ammonium persulfate as initiator.The experiment results indicate that the superplasticizer can be prepared under such optimum conditions:AMPS amount is 4% of the mass fraction of big monomer P,ammonium persulfate amount is 4% of the total mass fraction of big monomer P,the polymerizat...
