保温砂浆弹性模量对复合保温墙体温度应力的影响研究

摘    要:通过有限元软件ansys模拟加气混凝土砌块复合保温墙体的温度应力,分析保温砂浆弹性模量变化对墙体温度应力的影响.结果表明,在无机保温砂浆正常弹性模量范围内,降低保温砂浆弹性模量值有助于降低夏热冬冷地区气候条件下的复合自保温墙体最危险部位主应力极值和保温砂浆层的主应力均值.也能有效减小保温砂浆和砌块间的粘结应力、降低界面破坏的危险性.在实际工程中,保温砂浆弹性模量在正常取值范围内应越小越好.

Abstract:In this paper,the finite element simulation software ansys is used to simulate the temperature stress of composite self-heat conserving wall with aerated concrete block,to analyze the influence of the change of elastic modulus of insulation mortar on the temperature stress of wall.The results show that,at the range of normal elastic modulus of thermal insulation mortar,reducing the elastic modulus is helpful to lower the extreme value of principal stress in the most dangerous position,average value of princ...
