| 摘 要： | 本文以江苏省公安网安部门在2009年打击的互联网赌博案件为基础，分析了互联网赌博的两种表现形式，提出该类案件在办理过程中存在的误区，并从多个角度分析了互联网赌博的支付清算方式，明确提出国内第三方支付平台必须承担的责任，以及对资金非法扣留和逮捕程序中的两个法律问题做出解答。 |

| Abstract: | It discussed two manifestations in detail from the closed the gambling cases in the internet which were struck by the networking Security office of Jiangsu's Public Security Department.It is found that there exists some misunderstanding about the third-party payment in such of these case transactions.After the discussion from some viewpoints on the method of settling accounts in the internet gambling payments,it suggested that the third-party payment in China should take the responsibility for the internet ... |
