纳米TiO2/含氟苯丙乳液的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用原位乳液聚合法,以硅烷偶联剂表面修饰的纳米TiO2与苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸酯、有机氟单体(DFMA)为原料,合成了具有核壳结构的有机-无机杂化纳米TiO2/含氟苯丙复合乳液.探讨了乳化剂、DFMA和TiO2用量对复合乳液性能的影响,并通过粒径分析、接触角、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重(TG)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)等方法对复合乳液和乳胶膜的结构及性能进行了表征.结果表明,由于纳米TiO2与DFMA的协同作用,涂膜的疏水性和耐热性能得到了较大提高,纳米TiO2含氟苯丙复合粒子的平均粒径为100 nm左右,当DFMA和TiO2用量分别为14%和2%(质量百分数)时,涂膜-空气界面对去离子水的接触角达112.3°,乳胶膜的表面能低至15.21 mN/m.
