摘    要:利用长江沿岸低品位石英砂制备保温隔热砖,研究砖体的孔结构控制机理.结果表明,通过工艺优化,采用石英砂60%,水泥39%,发泡剂1%,水料比1.1,可以制得密度为0.628沙m3,气孔率为74.6%,抗压强度为1.9 MPa的石英砂免烧多孔砖.

Abstract:The insulating brick is prepared by using low grade quartz sand along the Yangtze River,and the control mechanism of porous structure is researched.The results show that through optimizing the technology,when 60% quartz sands,39% cement,and 1% foaming agent are mixed and the ratio of water and materials is 1.1,the unfired porous bricks with density of 0.628 g/cm3,porosity of 74.6% and compressive strength of 1.9 MPa can be prepared.
