论我国虚拟财的法律保护

随着互联网技术的不断发展，由其产生的的新生事物也越来越引起人们的广泛关注和争议。虚拟财产作为财产权客体的一种，有着有别于其它财产的特殊属性，因此需要受到法律的特殊保护。但要通过何种法律途径和手段对虚拟财产进行保护，则需要对其法律性质加以明晰的界定。正基于此，笔者试图从学理上对其进行分析和探讨，并对其法律定位等方面提出自己的看法和建议，以期能对我国虚拟财产的法律保护有所裨益。
