丝素蛋白纳米纤维非织造布及其在组织工程中的应用研究

摘    要:丝素蛋白水溶液经过静电纺丝制得纳米纤维非织造布,经甲醇浸渍后,对其结构形态和力学性能进行了对比研究;以甲醇浸渍后的丝素蛋白纳米纤维非织造布作为生物工程支架材料,体外接种内皮细胞,研究了细胞在材料表面的粘附和增殖情况,并对材料在生物工程领域的应用进行了探讨。

Abstract:Silk fibroin nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning,water as solvent.After methanol-treating,the morphologies and mechanical properties of silk fibroin nanofibers were researched and compared with that of nanofibers without methanol-treating.Endothelial cell was seeded on methanol-treated silk fibroin nanofibers,and the cell adhesion and proliferation were evaluated by MTT method.Simultaneously,the potentiality of electrospun silk fibroin nanofibers for tissue engineering was investigated.
