摘 要: | 建立了凝胶色谱技术(GPC)净化,用气相色谱法测定水产品鳗鱼中11种有机磷农药残留量的方法。样品用乙酸乙酯/环己烷溶液(1+1,V/V)超声提取,GPC净化,收集所需流分,浓缩近干后用乙酸乙酯溶解定容,气相色谱分析。方法检测限(LOQ)为0.01-4).02mg/kg,方法回收率为76.3%106.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.3%-15.8%。结果表明,该方法操作简便怏速、灵敏度高,符合实际应用需要。

Abstract: | A method was developed for determining of 11 organophosphorus pesticide residues in eel by Gas Chromatography (GC) with Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) clean-up. The samples were extracted using the solution of ethyl acetate and cyclohexane (1+1, V/V) with ultrasonic machine and then cleaned up by GPC. The elution needed was ccollected and concentrated to nearly dryness. The residue was dissolved with ethyl acetate for determination by GC-FPD. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.01-0.02 mg/kg. The recovery ranges were 76.3%106.8% when the added levels were from 0.02 mg/kg to 1.0 mg/kg. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were 2.6%-13.8%. The method was simple, sensitive and suitable for the analysis of pesticide residues. |
