新郑煤电公司三软煤层巷道支护技术研究

摘    要:新郑煤电公司12202工作面煤层松软且厚度较大,原有支护方式难以保证巷道的稳定性.通过有限差分软件FLAC3D建立三维数值模型,对12202工作面三软煤层巷道围岩变形规律及应力分布进行数值模拟研究,并对现场实测数据进行了分析.研究结果表明,应用微拱工字钢支护方式,巷道顶底板移近量较小,支护巷道深部围岩的受力分布比较均匀,位移较小.

Abstract:The coal seam of 12202 working face of Xinzheng Coal & Electric Co.,Ltd.is soft and thick,and the current supporting method can not ensure the stability of the roadway.According to the application of FLAC3D finite difference software,the 3D numerical simulation mode was established,the numerical simulation research was carried out and the analysis on the spot test data was made on 12202 working face.Results indicate that,with the supporting of micro-arch joist steel,the deformation amount of roadway roof and floor was small,the force distribution of deep surrounding rock in roadway was even,and the displacement of surrounding rock was also tiny.
