| 摘 要： | 介绍了几种分子生物学技术在乳酸菌鉴定中的应用,并对这些方法的优缺点进行了简单的阐述,并对该技术今后的发展方向做了明确的讨论。分子生物学技术在乳酸菌的分类鉴定过程中必将成为一种主导因素,也会发挥其快速简便的优点。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the application of molecular biotechnology in the identification of lactic acid bacteria were introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods and the future direction were further reviewed.The technology will play an important role in the classification and identification of lactic acid bacteria. |
