摘    要:建立和发展食品安全预警体系和溯源体系,是提高我国食品安全与风险管理水平的要求,是全球食品安全管理的发展趋势。本文着重论述了我国食品安全预警体系和溯源体系的发展现状,针对存在的问题提出了一些切实建议。

Abstract:Building and developing the pre-waming system and traceability system of food safety is the demand for improving the level of the food safety and risk management. It is also the trend of development in global food safety management. This paper emphasized on discussing the development status of pre-waming system and traceability system of food safety in China, and proposed some suggestions based on the current problems.
