摘    要:介绍了蒸汽双效型溴化锂吸收式制冷机的制冷原理;分析了机组性能劣化的主要因素有蒸汽压力、冷却水进口温度、冷水出口温度、不凝气体和能量增强剂;通过对机组的气密性、溴化锂溶液、冷剂水、冷水及冷却水水质的优化,运行中对冷水、冷剂水、蒸汽等的调节,制冷效率可提高35%,能耗下降420 MJ/t。

Abstract:The refrigerat ion mechanism of a steam double-effect lithium bromide absorption type refrigerating machine was introduced. The dominating factors resulting in the deterioration of refrigeration performance were anlayzed,including steam pressure, cooling water inlet temperature,cold water outlet temperature,foul gas,energy booster.The refrigeration efficiency can be increased by 35%and the energy consumption can be decreased by 420 MJ/t by optimizing the air tightness of the machine,lithium bromide solution,cryogen water,and the quality of cooling water and cold water and adjusting the cold water,cooling water and steam in daily operation.
