无机敏化对金红石光吸收特性的影响

摘    要:用过渡金属氧化物对金红石单晶作无机敏化处理,用UV-VIS,XFA,XRD和LRS等测试方法分析敏化前后的金红石单晶,研究无机敏化对金红石单晶光吸收特性的影响,结果表明,Cr,Mn氧化物的敏化使金红石的本征吸收边红移,Co,Fe,V氧伦物的敏化使吸收边的尾部抬高,Cr离子与基质晶体形成了固溶体Cr2TiO5是吸收边红移的原因,Cr2TiO5在可见波段有光吸收,敏化样品的吸收边正是固溶体的吸收边。

Abstract:The rutile TiO2 single crystal was sensitized with transition--metal--salt, which is easy to resolve during heating. The influence of transition--metal--oxide--inorganic-sensitization on optical properties of rutile TiO2 single crystal has been investigated. Results showed that sensitization by using Cr, Mn oxides induce the red--shift of instinct absorption edge of rutile. and Fe, Co, V oxides arouse the raise of the tail of that. TiO2: Cr specimen was analyzed by means of UV--VIS, XFA, XRD and LRS, respectively. Cr ions exist in the form of solid solution Cr2TiO5 in TiO2 sensitized single crystal, and it is the reason of red--shift of absorption edge of TiO2fCr. This solid solution has optical absorption in visible region, and the optical absorption edge of sensitized sample is just that of this solid solution.
