摘    要:对三种不同成分设计的Mn-Mo-Nb+钢的精轧轧程、轧制温度以及C、Mo含量对热轧板卷屈服强度和DWTT撕裂面积等性能的影响进行了研究,所得到的结论对提高强度,细化奥氏体晶粒,避免混晶具有指导性。采用含Mo低碳、高Nb设计,控制精轧轧程,可以获得具有优良强度和韧性的X80热连轧管线钢产品。

Abstract:Based on Mn-Mo-Nb system with three different content,the effect of finishing rolling parameters and rolling temperature as well as the content of C and Mo on yield strength and DWTT shear area values of X80 hot strip pipeline steel were investigated.The results are of practical significance to improvement yield strength and to refinement austenite grain size along with to restraint recrystallization during finish rolling.By adjusting the chemical composition and optimizing the process parameters,excellent ...
