非均匀地应力下水泥环界面应力分布规律研究

摘    要:针对水泥环的受力及其失效问题建立了非均匀地应力下地层、水泥环和套管的弹性耦合力学模型,给出了水泥环和套管的应力、位移表达式,编制相关计算程序计算了非均匀地应力作用下水泥环界面的应力分布,结果表明,非均匀地应力作用下水泥环界面应力分布呈现较强的非均匀性,这可能导致水泥环先于套管破坏,从而加速套管损坏。该模型的建立为固井水泥石强度的设计提供了理论参考。

Abstract:The mechanics model, coupling the formation, cement sheath and easing under non-uniform formation stress, was created based on the force and failure problems of cement sheath. The stress, displacement expression of cement sheath and casing were provided. The associated calculating package to calculate stress distribution of cement sheath cross section was programmed. The results indicate that stress distribution of cement sheath cross section is strong non-uniform, which might cause the cement sheath to break earlier than easing, therefore to accelerate the breaking on casing. The creation of this model provides the theoretical references for the cement strength design.
