基于仿真的高速电路主板系统信号完整性研究

摘    要:为了缩短电子产品研发周期和提高产品设计的成功率,提出了解决信号完整性问题的端接匹配法.首先分析了所面临的信号完整性问题,在此基础上建立了数学模型,指出关键参数的选取与判断是设计过程中的难点.对一具体实例进行仿真研究和参数优化,结果表明了该方法在解决串扰和反射方面的有效性.

Abstract:To reduce the electronic product design lifecycle and increase the success rate of product design, a method of matching termination to solve the issue of signal integrity is presented. Firstly, the issue of signal integrity is analyzed. Then, a mathematical model based on analysis is constructed. It is pointed out that the difficulty in scheme design is to identify and evaluate key parameters.
