不确定性系统模型在金属切削理论研究中的应用

摘    要:运用泛灰色不确定性系统理论,建立金属切削理论研究的不确定性系统模型USM-1,给出精度检验方法。编制MATIAB程序,给出实例。该模型不需要累加生成和累减生成,不仅适合于等间距建模,也适合于非等间距建模,具有精度高、使用简便等特点,值得在金属切削理论研究及其它数据处理中推广应用。

Abstract:Based on uncertainty system with universal grey mathematics, an uncertainty system model USM - 1 to metal cutting research was put forward, the method of precision inspection was introduced. Then, the programming was authorized with MAT-LAB6. 1 language. An example was given. With this model, the data don' t need to be preprocessed and the generations of accumulate plus and subtract don' t need to be made. The method can be used for model establishing on equal interval, as well as on non - interval. It has high precision and easy to use. The model is simple and practical, and has a generalizing value in metal cutting research and other data processing.
