低渗油藏表面活性剂驱油技术研究

摘    要:中原油田属高温高盐油藏,常规三次采油技术难以满足提高采收率的要求。以非一阴离子两性表面活性剂为主剂的驱油剂与原油可形成超低界面张力,与储层流体适应性好。当表面活性剂用量为0.3%时,驱油剂吸附量小于1.5mg/g,耐温100℃,抗盐20×10。mg/L(ca。^2++Mg^2+含量6000mg/e)。注入0.2PV表面活性剂,可提高采收率7.88%。该驱油剂可以在中原油田大规模应用。

Abstract:At high temperature and high salinity reservoirs in Zhongyuan Oilfield, the conventional EORtechnology cannot meet the requirements of oil production. The ultralow interfacial tension between the oil displacement agent using nonionic anionic surfactant as the main agent and Zhongyuan crude oil could form and the adaptability of the oil displacement agent to the fluid of the lowpermeability reservoir could be well. When the dosage of the nonionic anionic surfactant was 0. 3 %, the adsorption was less than 1.5 mg/g, the temperature resistance was up to 100 ℃, and the salt tolerance was up to 19 - 104 mg/L ( the total concentration of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+was 6 000 mg/L). The enhance oil recovery could be 7.88% by injecting 0. 2 PV of the nonionic anionic surfactant agent. The oil displacement agent could put into largescale application Zhongyuan Oilfield.
