摘    要:连续油管喷砂射孔环空压裂工艺依据Bernoulli原理,利用安装在连续油管上的水力喷射装置产生的高速流体穿透套管、水泥环,在地层岩石中射开一定深度的孔眼,通过油套环空泵注施工,改造完成后用支撑剂掩埋已施工层段,用以隔离已压裂段和其后的未压裂段,最后用连续油管冲砂并开始生产。现场应用表明,该工艺可减轻地层伤害、缩短施工周期、降低开发成本、提高作业安全性并显著增加产能,对开发低渗透、薄互层的油气田具有较大的适应性。

Abstract:Coiled tubing sand blasting perforation and annulus fracturing process is based on Bernoulli principle,uses a high speed fluid generated by hydraulic jet device mounted on continuous tubing to penetrate the casing,cement,shooting a certain depth of hole in the formation.By the annulus to do pump operation,using proppant to bury operated section after the completion of the transformation to isolate the fractured segment and subsequent without fracturing,the operation is repeated until all pre fracturing segment are transformed.Finally,the coiled tubing sand washing is used and begins production.Field application shows that this technology can reduce the formation damage,shorten the construction period,reduce the development cost,and improve operation safety and productivity obviously,which has the great potential to develop oil-gas field of low permeability,thin inter-bed.
