油田堵水复合铝凝胶制备及性能评价

摘    要:采用无机物和有机物复配的方式制备了一种用于油田堵水的凝胶体系,并进行了相关优化。引入质构仪对该凝胶体系的强度进行评价,结合考虑成胶时间等因素,得出该凝胶体系的最佳组成为:两性离子聚丙烯酰胺(ACPAM)0.15%,活化剂0.2%,聚合氯化铝(PAC)4%,尿素3%。岩心实验表明该凝胶体系具有较好的堵水效果,对岩心的封堵率达92%左右。

Abstract:A gel system for oilfield water shutoff was prepared by combining an inorganic substance with an organic substance and was optimized accordingly. The optimum compositions of this gel system were identified by evaluating the strength of this gel system with a texture analyzer while taking the factors like gelation time into consideration: amphoteric ion polyacrylamide (ACPAM) addition is 0.15%, activator addition is 0.2%, aluminium polychlorid (PAC) addition is 4%, and urea addition is 3%. According to the results of core ex- periment, this gel system has good water shutoff effect with the plugging rate for core as high as 92% or so.
