恩格哈车床数控系统在外圆磨数控改造中的应用

摘    要:恩格哈D-22两轴车床数控系统能提供标准及特殊G指令.MG1420B高精度外圆磨床数控化改造,以D-22控制X和Z轴,定义头架电机为磨床主轴,采用变频器对头架电机进行无级调速控制,砂轮电机仍用三相电机进行控制.并通过主动量仪对零件加工过程中的零件尺寸实施实时检测.

Abstract:The standard and special G instructions are supplied by double-axes Engelhardt D-22 lathe. For the NC reconstruction rectification of the excircle grinder MG1420B with high accuracy, axes Z and X was controlled by D-22, the headstock motor was used as the spindle of the grinder, and the stepless speed regulation for the headstock motor was controlled with transducer. The grinding wheel motor was still controlled by tri-phase motor. The dimension of parts during machining was checked and measured by active measure instrument real-time ensure the precision of the parts.
