水解-好氧处理制药废水的试验研究

摘    要:采用水解与好氧相结合技术处理制药废水,加入生活污水后制药废水易于处理。试验结果表明,进水CODCr和BOD5分别为2800mg/L和1040mg/L,经过水解酸化和两级接触氧化处理后,出水CODCr和BOD5分别为98.6mg/L和28.5mg/L,CODCr和BOD5的总去除率分别为96.5%和97.3%,符合国家污水综合排放标准。

Abstract:Hydrolysis - aerobic method is used to treat pharmaceutical wastewater. The pharmaceutical wastewater is easier to be treated after adding domestic sew age. The result shows that the concentration of the CODCr and BOD5 of influent w ater are 2 800 mg/L and 1 040 mg/L respectively. After treated by hydrolysis aci dification and contact-oxidation treatment, the concentration of CODCr and BOD5 are 98.6 mg/L and 28.5 mg/L respectively. The total removal rate of CODCr and BO D5 are 96.5% and 97.3% respectively, meeting the demands of national comprehensi ve wastewater discharge standard.
