编织型中空纤维膜污染与浓差极化的试验研究

摘    要:导致膜污染和浓差极化的主要因素有:悬浮液浓度、颗粒粒径、颗粒表面性质、膜材料以及膜表面的流态等。设计的一组试验证明了上述因素导致膜污染与浓差极化对膜处理的危害性;同时也证明了在中空纤维膜中,Dean涡这种不稳定流能较大程度地降低膜污染与浓差极化,降低的程度取决于Dean涡的优化参数。

Abstract:Membrane fouling and concentration polarization(CP) increases the density of the remaining component on the membrane surface and accelerates the membrane fouling process.While membrane fouling causes the pores plugged and makes local CP to be more serious.Woven hollow fiber is in the same laws.The main factors causing the membrane fouling and CP include concentration,particle size,characteristics of membrane surface,membrane material and membrane surface fluid state etc.The experiments was designed to illustrate the harmfulness of membrane fouling and CP,which were caused by above factors.It also illustrated that in the hollow fiber membrane,Dean Vortices,the instability flow could reduce membrane fouling and CP to a great extent,and decreasing degree depends on the optimum parameter of Dean Vortices.
