摘    要:阐述了在 9MVA封闭电炉上冶炼高硅锰硅合金的实践。在冶炼中配入一定量的 75%硅铁 ,选择合适的渣型 ,在操作上做些相应的调整 ,就可顺利生产出高硅锰硅合金 ,其电耗、产量等指标均较理想

Abstract:The practice of smelting high silicon ferromanganese silicon in 9MVA closed electric furnace is expounded.The high silicon ferromanganese silicon with ideal indexes of power consumption and output etc.was produced by proportioning fixed 75?rrosilicon,choosing suitable type of slag and making appropriate adjustment in operation in its smelting process.
