| 摘 要： | 施工控制网是大型水利水电工程的一项很重要的基础性工程，是施工测量的关键。华东勘测设计研究院对天荒坪电站施工控制网工程实行了全过程的监理。内容包括：编制招标文件、审查技术设计书等的前期监理；选点布网、观测计算的实施过程中的跟踪监理；竣工前成果监理。该电站施工控制网的布网方法系国内首次，并取得了优良成果。

| Abstract: | A construction control system is a very important fundamental project of large hydro projects, and crucial to construction survey. The supervision of construction control system in Tianhuangping project includes preparation of bidding documents, technical design documents review, selection of observation POints, in-situ observation, and check the results before completed. The arrangement of control points was first adopted in China. It proves to be excellent. |
