团结水电站水轮机转轮的改型设计

摘    要:结合新疆伊犁团结水电站水轮机的增客改造,应用S2流面的反问题计算和准三元有旋流动的流动计算与边界层分析相结合的方法,重新设计了转轮。实际运行表明,新转轮在18.02m水头下,机组出力达1250kW,较电站其它机组容量增加20%多,且在较宽广的水头范围和负荷范围,机组运行平稳,振动小。机组满负荷运行近9000h,未见磨蚀痕迹。实践证明,该转轮的改型设计是成功的,为其它电站的改造创造了有益的经验。

Abstract:To increase capacity of the turbines of Tuanjie Hydropower Station, their runners were rexdesigned byusing integrated method of reverse computation of S2 flow surface, pseudo-3D fluid computation, and boundary analysis. Their operation proved that the new runner produces an output of 1250 kW, 20 % more thanthe original, under water head of 18. 02 m. In the meantime, under wide range of water head and load,turbine units work steadly and with little vibration.
