摘    要:利用干制活性窖泥功能菌生产人工优质窖泥,实验窖池与对照窖池相比较,产量接近,酒的口感实验窖池好于对照窖池,优级率提高3%左右,综合经济效益实验窖池好于对照窖池。

Abstract:Dry active pit mud functional bacteria was applied in the production of artificial quality pit mud (test pit), compared with contrast pit, liquor yield in both was almost the same but the liquor in test pit tasted better and the quality rate also increased by 3 % which presented better economic profits.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
