摘    要:通过对新型碳酸二甲酯的合成工艺的模拟优化,并且综合分析市场、政策、环境等因素,从热能、资金等方面最大限度降低装置的能耗及生产投入的成本,同时提升生产者的技术水平和市场竞争力,使能源得以最大限度的利用,使经济效益达到更好的水平。本设计符合国家相关行业标准和严格遵守相关法律法规,并在许多项目上优于国家标准。

Abstract:Based on the new synthesis of dimethyl carbonate process simulation and optimization, and comprehensive analysis of market, policy and environmental factors, from the heat, capital equipment, etc. , the energy consumption and production input costs were minimized, while the technical level and market competitiveness of the producer were improved, so that the use of energy was maximized, and cost - effective achieved better levels. This design would comply with relevant national industry standards and strict compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and in a number of items, it was better than the national standard.
