汽车尾气温差发电装置中热电模块的散热方式研究

摘    要:针对汽车尾气废热温差发电技术的研究现状,根据现有发动机的排气管和热电模块的性能参数,对热电转换模块冷端常用的水冷和风冷两种散热方式进行了试验对比和ANSYS软件的热力学分析,比较了两种散热方式的散热效果。提出了汽车尾气废热温差发电装置在汽车上的散热方式,为汽车发动机废热温差发电装置的实车应用提供了依据。

Abstract:Referring to the existing performance parameters of engine exhaust pipe and thermoelectric modules, the research used the combination methods of ANSYS software simulation and experimental comparison to contrast the two commonly cooling methods-water cooling and air cooling of the cold side in thermoelectric conversion module. Based on the recently research of exhaust heat thermoelectric power generation technology, the article suggested proper cooling way in generation device by the performance of the two cooling methods, which provides reference tor the future use in automobile application.
