MBBR处理石化废水的研究

摘    要:实验主要研究填料填充率、水力停留时间、耐负荷冲击能力和通气量等因素对移动床生物膜反应器处理石化废水效果的影响。实验结果表明当填充率为30%,进水COD为362.06 mg/L、NH3-N为18.55 mg/L,停留时间为8 h时,COD去除率为90.2%;氨氮去除率达到80.5%;当通气量1.25 L/min,HRT为5 h时,COD的去除率能够达到86%;当进水有机负荷在0.9 kg COD/(m3·d)左右时,COD的去除率达到88%,此时出水COD小于40 mg/L。

Abstract:The influence of filler filling rate, hydraulic retention time, resistance to shock loading capacity and ventilation and other factors on treatment effect of petrochemical wastewater by moving bed biofilm reactor was studied. The experimental results show that, when the stuffing rate is 30%, COD of influent is 362.06 mg/L, NH3-N is 18.55 mg/L,HTC is 8 h, COD removal efficiency can reach to 90.2%, removal rate ofNH3 - N can reach to 80.5%; When the ventilation is 1.25 L/rain, HRT is 5 h, COD removal rate can reach to 86%: When the influent organic load is 0.9 kg COD / (m^3· d), COD removal efficiency can reach to 88%, and the effluent COD is less than 40 mg / L.
