基于响应面分析的聚合物驱注入参数优化方法

摘    要:通过引入响应面设计理论,建立了基于数值试验的聚合物驱用量与聚合物浓度的优化方法。新方法通过性能响应试验回归得到响应曲面,得到了聚合物用量及聚合物浓度等优化目标变量与增采幅度之间的近似函数关系,将注入参数优化转换为响应曲面的求解与分析。该方法不仅可以显著降低聚合物驱方案优化过程中的数值模拟计算工作量,并通过绘制响应曲面,得到优化目标变量与增采幅度间的三维可视响应曲面。实例应用结果表明该方法简便易行、准确可靠,对于提高聚合物驱注入参数优化的效果和效率具有一定意义。

Abstract:The response surface method was introduced in EOR development plan based on the conception of "numerical experiment" of reservoir simulation. The novel optimization method of dosage and concentration of polymer injection slug was developed with regression analysis based on response surface and reservoir simulation. This method can reduce the amount of test and obtain the visible three-dimensional response surface of the relationship between aggregative indicator, polymer dosage and polymer concentration. With this method, the optimum point and optimal range can be obtained, which will better instruct the polymer injection implement.
