酿酒废水处理技术的研究进展

摘    要:酿酒废水成分复杂,但大多数的废水中都含有BOD、COD、有机物和多酚物质等,这些物质都能对环境造成严重污染。介绍了微生物法、电解法、絮凝法以及催化法处理酿酒废水方面的研究现状及进程,并对酿酒废水今后的研究方向提出了几点建议。

Abstract:Brewery wastewater is complicated, and it contains polyphenols and other organic matter which can pollute the environment. In this paper, research progress in the microbiological method, electrolysis method, flocculation method and catalytic method for treating the brewery wastewater was introduced, and some suggestions on brewery wastewater treatment in the future were proposed.
