楔横轧直角台阶轧齐曲线的研究

摘    要:根据楔横轧工艺的特点,推导了二辊楔横轧轧齐过程中螺旋斜锥体大端半径随轧件转角变化的旋转公式.提出了一种计算螺旋斜锥体体积的新算法,获得了轧齐过程中各阶段的体积公式.依据体积平衡原理得到了二辊楔横轧直角台阶的轧齐曲线,其表达式具有形式简洁、方便实际应用的特点.最后采用刚塑性有限元软件Deform-3D对各种断面收缩率条件下的轧齐过程进行了模拟,取得了良好的结果,同时验证了曲线方程的正确性.

Abstract:According to the process characteristics of cross wedge rolling, the rotation formula for big end radius of spi-ral declined cone, changed with rotation angle of rolled piece, was derived. A new algorithm for calculating the volume of the declined cone was presented and volume formula for each stage during the process of shaping was obtained. Based on the principle of volume balance, shaping curve of right-angle step for two-roll cross wedge rolling was got. The curve expression was very concise and convenient for application. At last, the shapping process was simulated by using the rigid-plastic FEM software Deform 3D under the condition of different percentage reduction of area. The sim-ulation achieved good results which verified that the shaping curve was correct.
