Calculation Method of Heat Balance in CDQ Stove

A calculation method of thermal efficiency in CDQ equipment of coking company is in- troduced. The specific quantity and proportion of red coke sensible heat and coke burning heat is also given in the process of transfer and loss. To further improve the red coke heat recovery, op- erating method, and the calculation basis of reasonable design of coke pushing schedule in coke oven, the relationship is given between temperature of CDQ Stove lower part and recovery rate of red coke heat.
