摘    要:阐述了攀钢HC冷连轧机厚度自动控制系统的结构和原理以及为提高带钢厚度精度控制的各种补偿功能,结合影响冷轧带钢厚度精度的主要因素和控制效果,分析了AGC系统各环节在控制厚度偏差方面所起的主要作用和不足。

Abstract:HC cold tandem mill at pangang are introduced in this thickness of the structure and principle of the automatic control system and to improve the strip thickness accuracy control of various compensation function, combined with the main factors influencing the cold-rolled strip thickness accuracy and control effect, analyses the AGC system each link played a major role in controlling the thickness deviation and the insufficiency.
