CJ9526/550家用型台式车床的数控改造

摘    要:对CJ9526/550家用型台式车床进行数控改造,并且作为一种教学型机床。采用中达电通数控系统,对车床的主轴、X轴、Z轴等机械部分进行改装,而且对电气部分重新设计。改造后的机床性能稳定,功能齐全,结构紧凑,符合主要用于教学的目的。

Abstract:It's introduced that the numerical control improvement on CJ9526/550 appliance-lathe, which as a teaching machine. The NC system which have been used from Delta-CIMIC Electronics Co.Ltd. The mechanical parts of lathe such as the spindle, the X-axis and the Z-axis would been refitted and the electrical part re-designed. After transformation that the machine is stable, function is complete and structure is compact, which adapt for teaching.
