振动机械液压激振方式的特点分析和发展综述

摘    要:通过对惯性激振方式和几种液压激振方式的特点分析,指出常用惯性激振方式参振质量大、轴承更换频繁、能耗大的缺点,表明液压激振具有无级可调、参数易于控制的优点,综述了液压激振方式的发展现状,提出一种新的泵控液压激振方式。

Abstract:By characteristics analyzing on inertial exciting way and a few hydraulic exciting ways, it was shown that the inertial exciting way has shortcomings of bigger mass of vibration, frequently replacing the bearings and larger energy dissipation. And hydraulic exciting ways have merits of stepless adjustment and parameters controlled easily. The development condition of hydraulic exciting ways was summarized, then a new pump control hydraulic exciting method is suggested.
