| 摘 要： | 通过一个成功的消失模铸造生产案例，总结了薄壁壳体类铸铁产品进行消失模铸造工艺的设计技巧和生产措施，丰富和发展了消失模生产技术；同时，对生产成本进行了估算，就如何提高实型铸造产品的性能价格比作了积极的探索，这为进一步推广应用铸造生产工艺提供了可靠的事实依据。
