| 摘 要： | 介绍IPC6 5 0 0型热镀锌燃油锌锅的控制原理、炉型结构及特点 ,设备的性能特点 ,给出了控制电路图和燃油机结构示意图 ,指出该设备的油耗仅为 6～ 12kg/h ,是电加热方式生产费用的 2 0 %～ 30 % ,并且能有效防止钢丝过热 ,延长锌锅寿命

| Abstract: | To introduce the control principle,spelter pot structure and its characteristics,the property characteristics of IPC6500 oil burning spelter pot for galvanizing by dipping.The control circuit diagram and oil burning machine structure diagrammatic sketch are given.It is pointed out that the oil consumption of the equipment is only 6～12?kg/h,which is only 20%～30% of the cost of electricity heating production type.The equipment can prevent steel wire overheat efficiently and prolong the service life of spelter pot. |
