自密实堆石混凝土在宝泉抽水蓄能电站的应用

摘    要:宝泉抽水蓄能电站上水库副坝坝体原设计采用细石混凝土砌石,但考虑到细石混凝土砌石技术要求高,施工速度慢,通过现场试验论证使用自密实堆石混凝土的可行性后,确定在副坝及冲沟部位使用自密实堆石混凝土。自密实堆石混凝土是砌石体施工的新工艺,经过近一年来在宝泉抽水蓄能电站副坝及1号冲沟的应用表明,其具有施工效率高、经济效益好、质量稳定等优点。

Abstract:The auxiliary dam of the upper reservoir of Baoquan Pumped-storage Power Station will adopt fine-stone concrete stonework in its original design. Because of high technical requirements and low construction velocity of fine-stone concrete stonework, the authors, after field tests proved the feasibility of using self-compacted rockfill concrete, determines the use of self-compacted rockfill concrete in the auxiliary and the positions of gully. The self-compacted rockfill concrete is a new technique of stonework construction. Its application in the auxiliary dam of Baoquan Pumped-storage Power Station and in the No.1 gully in recent one year has proved that it has the advantages of high construction efficiency, good economic benefits and quality stability.
