深水水位检测用压力传感器补偿方法研究

摘    要:针对压力传感器受温度影响后产生零点漂移和灵敏度漂移的问题,提出了一种基于曲线拟合与插值算法相结合的自动校正方法,比对了该方法对压力传感器的灵敏度误差、温度漂移和零点漂移进行补偿所取得的效果。测试结果证明:该方法可有效提高传感器的抗干扰能力与工作效率。配以自行设计的上位机显示界面,使整套开发系统兼备可视化与实时性。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem that zero drift and sensitivity drift occur when the pressure sensor affected by temperature,an automatic correction method based on the combination of curve fitting and interpolation algorithm was put forward,and the effects have been compared after adopting this method to compensate sensitivity tolerance,temperature drift and zero drift for pressure sensor.Test results show that this method can properly raise the anti-jamming capability and work efficiency of the sensor.Equipped with ...
