摘    要:针对压力开关生产过程中对作动压力、接触电阻、同步等性能的检测要求,利用传感器等技术设计开发了一套综合测试装置,系统采用了分布式、多通道信号实时采集与处理方法,每个测试控制单元以单片机为核心,独立完成检测控制任务,再由多个测试控制单元形成一套完整的检测系统.试验结果表明,该装置满足检测精度及生产节拍的实际要求,实现了综合性能的在线自动检测和定量分析.

Abstract:A comprehensive performance measurement system is designed based on sensing technology which is capable of measuring act pressure, contact resistance and synchronization of pressure switch. The system which is grouped many inspection units is a distributed multi-channel system with real-time collection and processing method. Each inspection unit cored as a chip microprocessor can measure many parameters independently. As the result of plenty of tests, the system ensures measurement precision and manufacture time, and completes automatically measurement on line and quantitative analysis of the comprehensive performance.
