摘    要:介绍了引入一特殊功能单体降低树脂粘度制备高固体分羟基丙烯酸树脂的方法及制漆性能。讨论了该特殊功能单体用量,含羟基单体种类及羟基含量,引发剂种类及用量,树脂玻璃化温度Tg等对树脂粘度及涂膜性能的影响。

Abstract:A low viscosity high solid hydroxyl acrylic resin was developed with addition of a special functional monomer.The production process and technical specification of the resin and paint were described. The influence of amount of the special functional monomer, the variety and level of hydroxyl monomers, initiators and Tg of resin on the viscosity of resin and properties of paint were discussed.
