路易斯酸用量对POE/PS间Friedel-Crafts烷基化反应及共混物力学性能的影响

摘    要:用IR,DSC,GPC研究了聚苯乙烯(PS)与聚烯烃弹性体(POE)大分子之间的F riede l-crafts烷基化反应。结果表明:在无水A lC l3催化作用下,PS与POE间可发生质子取代反应生成接枝共聚物POE-g-PS,其接枝百分比随A lC l3用量增加先上升后下降;过量的催化剂会导致聚合物降解;接枝共聚物对POE/PS共混物具有明显的就地增容作用,对于POE/PS/A lC l3=50/50/0.2(质量比)共混物,其拉伸强度与简单共混体系相比,提高了4倍,断裂伸长率提高了10倍。

Abstract:In this paper,a copolymer of POE-g-PS could be formed during melt blending of polystyrene/polyolefin elastomer(PS/POE) blends via a Friedel-crafts benzene ring alkylation of the PS.The effects of the amount of anhydrous aluminum chloride on the grafting-percent-ratio and the degradation of polymer were examined.The results show: there are competing reaction between grafting and degradation in the blending system.When anhydrous aluminum chloride is low(0.2) g/100 g blends,the grafting play an important rule,but When anhydrous aluminum chloride is high(0.2) g/100 g blends,The degradation of the blends play an important rule.The excellent mechanical property can be acquired for POE/PS=50/50 blends by adding(0.2) g anhydrous aluminum chloride,the tensile strength is a 4-fold increase and elongation at break is a 10-fold increase compared with mechanical blends.
