电解液对电动自行车用蓄电池性能的影响

摘    要:介绍了一种电动自行车用蓄电池,这种电池采用Pb-Ca-Sn-Al四元合金,正板栅Sn/Ca约为22,负板栅Sn/Ca约为10。当正极铅膏中没有加入添加剂组合时,并灌注不同电解液,电池初期性能(2小时率放电)出现不同程度的衰减现象;当正极铅膏中加入适量的添加剂组合时,并灌注胶体A,结果发现电池2小时率放电没有出现衰减现象,深循环寿命明显提高。

Abstract:The article introduces an electrical bike(e-bike)battery based on the grids of Pb-Ca-Sn-Al a quaternary alloy.The ratio of Sn/Ca is about 22 for positive grids,and 10 for negative grids.The capacity at 2 hour rate declines(PCL1)when filled with defferent acid electrolyte while no composite additives are used in positive paste.However,when composite additives are used in positive paste and filled with gel electrolyte the capacity decline disappeared and cycling life improved significantly.
