金属橡胶/硅橡胶复合阻尼材料疲劳性能研究

摘    要:探讨金属橡胶/硅橡胶复合阻尼材料的疲劳性能,结果表明:复合硅橡胶显著提高金属橡胶的刚度;以软特性段刚度下降5.0%为疲劳判据,测试出其位移-疲劳寿命曲线。

Abstract:The fatigue behavior of MR/silicone rubber composite materials for damping is studied. The results show that composite technique can obviously increase the stiffness of MR portion. Taking 5.0% stiffness reduction of soft characteristic as the criterion, its fatigue curve is measured. This study provides a reference for design and application of this material.
