起重机门架结构的疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:重点介绍利用断裂力学理论进行门式起重机结构的疲劳寿命分析的方法,通过运用损伤容限设计方法对门架结构进行的疲劳寿命计算,得出了门机主梁与悬臂梁联结部位初始裂纹为0.5mm时门架结构的设计寿命,并分析了模型中参数变化对门架结构寿命的影响,说明利用该方法估算门架结构的寿命具有可行性,对实际工程具有参考价值。

Abstract:The analysis method on the fatigue life of gantry structure for crane is intruduced based on fracture mechanics theory in this paper.The design life of the door frame by the damage tolerances design method is calculated when the initial crack size of the main beam and cantilever beam joint spot reaches 0.5mm.In addition,the varying laws among the life of door frame and the parameters of model are discussed.The above analysis shows that the method used to estimate the life of the door frame structure is viable,and it has a reference value on the actual project.
