摘    要:依托电站仿真系统,以某350 MW超临界供热机组为研究对象,开发了一套独立于火电机组DCS的基于集成建模技术的火电机组运行在线智能优化系统,介绍了系统的设计方案及主要功能。系统实际应用后的试验结果表明,机组效率比优化前提高了0.5%,且系统运行稳定、可靠。该系统通过数据接口与DCS进行通信,可根据用户的需要进行投入或切除,投资成本低,运行效果良好。

Abstract:Depend on the power station simulation system, a thermal power umt onhne intelligent optimization system had been developed based on the technology of integrated modeling, which was independent of DCS. Took a 350 MW supercritical heat-supply unit as the study object, introduced the overall design and main functions of the intelligent optimizing system. System test results of practical application showed that the unit efficiency increased by 0.5% than before optimization, and the system operation was stable and reliable. The system communicated with DCS through the data interface, could be put on or cut off according to the needs of users, had abtained low investment cost and good operating results.
