220kV输电线路采用钢芯铝绞线与碳纤维导线的方案比较

摘    要:在黑河—和林220 k V输电线路工程中,针对采用钢芯铝绞线(JL/G1A-400/35)、碳纤维导线(ACCC/LH-185/25、ACCC/LH-210/35、ACCC/LH-240/35)4种导线设计方案中的线路输送容量、电阻损耗、工程造价和年费用进行了计算对比分析。结果认为:虽然4种导线均能满足输送容量的要求,但JL/G1A-400/35型钢芯铝绞线静态投资低、年费用最低,且电阻损耗小,具有良好的节能效果,因此在该工程中推荐采用。

Abstract:In Heihe-Helin 220 kV transmission line project, the application of ACSR (JL/G1A-400/35), 4 different carbon fiber wires (ACCC/LH-185/25, ACCC/LH-210/35, ACCC/LH-240/35), by comparing and analysing its transmission capacity, resistive losses, project cost and annual cost, although the four kinds of wires all could meet the transport capacity requirements, but ACSR JL/G1A-400/35 static investment was low, annual cost was minimal, and the resistance loss had a good enerev saving effect.
